Shipping policy

  1. Free Shipping - The Destination Slope and Surf Outfitters offers free shipping within British Columbia for all orders over $250, excluding applicable taxes. However, certain restrictions may apply. These exclusions may include, but are not limited to Oversize items, heavy items and hazardous materials. We are unable to ship poles due to the cost of shipping relative to the retail price of ski poles. The exception would be collapsible poles.
  2. Shipping Fees - Orders shipped  out of province results in a $20 shipping fee added to any purchase over $250, before applicable taxes. Any orders below this criteria are subject to standard shipping fees
  3. The Destination Slope and Surf Outfitters utilize Can Par and UPS . All shipments will be shipped with Standard delivery. Any Express delivery costs are to be borne by the purchaser
  4. Order fulfilment times - Once your order has been processed, and payment received we will ship within 48 hours. Friday, Saturday and Sunday purchases will be processed on Monday and shipped on Tuesday. At peak times you may have to add a couple of days to your fulfillment time. Once your order is in transit we have no control over delivery. There are many factors such as weather and statutory holidays that may slow down your delivery. If you live in the Lower Mainland and are looking to receive your items in a timely fashion you may wish to choose the in-store pick-up option.
  5. Shipping address- as the purchaser you are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. If the address provided is incorrect,  any  additional fees will be paid by the purchaser
